They allow the website to recognise your device and help keep your experience secure and personalised. When you first visit, we only use essential cookies to run the site. Analytics, functionality and marketing cookies stay off until you choose them in Cookie Settings. We only use third-party cookies in line with your Cookie Settings. Non-essential third-party cookies stay off until you allow them.
We carefully select third-party service providers and ensure they comply with data protection laws. However, these third parties operate under their own privacy policies. We do not allow third-party cookies to be placed without user consent.
We use trusted sub-processors to deliver our core services. Specifically, Anthropic and OpenAI process AI-based interactions, and AWS provides our secure cloud hosting. These providers operate via API on our secure servers; they do not place their own independent tracking cookies on your device for our services. Some features on our platform rely on trusted third-party tools, for instance, analytics to understand how the platform or site is used, learning components that make courses interactive, or partners that share career opportunities. These tools follow your Cookie Settings. By default, non-essential tools stay off and only switch on after you allow them.
Some of our partners operate outside of your country. When that happens, we use approved data-transfer safeguards (for example, Standard Contractual Clauses) and strict processor terms. We also protect data with encryption (TLS 1.3 in transit, AES-256 at rest) and limit access through role-based controls.
We obtain consent before using any cookies or similar technologies that are not strictly necessary. Our cookie settings tool (CMP) blocks non-essential cookies and tags until you allow them.
Voice features are optional. Before you use them, we ask for your permission. If you turn on Voice Mode, your speech is processed in real time to run the advisor and we do not store voice recordings. You can turn Voice Mode off at any time.
Other than that, we use a cookie settings tool that:

- Offers a simple way to use essential cookies only.
- Remembers your choices and asks you to review them periodically.
We keep auditable records of your cookie preferences. In the UK/EEA, we re-prompt for choices at least every 6 months or when purposes change. Elsewhere, we follow local law (typically 6–12 months).
